Shipping Information
Within Australia & Internationally
All Fine Art prints are carefully created, checked and hand-signed by Ben Iking.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, it becomes your property and responsibility. Photography ikingvisual do not insure your prints for loss or damage while being shipped to you. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged during transit. However, our shipping partners include a cover for loss or damaged prints up to 100$AUD.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched, Ben Iking cannot alter the address. Once shipped, a tracking number will be issued and emailed to you. The tracking number will enable you to track the progress of your shipment once it is booked on AusPost or Sendle's website.
Should you not be present for delivery, a card will be left by AusPost at the delivery address provided and your parcel will be redirected for collection at the closest local post office.
For international deliveries, should you not be available to receive it, either a card will be left at the provided address or an email will be sent to you containing the necessary information.
Ben Iking aligned himself with excellent delivery partners, however, there might be times when, despite their best efforts, your ordered prints are delayed in the delivery process. Ben Iking will always work with his delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your Fine Art prints.
Please note: Photography ikingvisual tries to ship orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our office we are unable to control the speed of delivery provided by AusPost and Sendle. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia and up to 30 business days for international deliveries.
