Choose fine art prints carefully. Unless proven to be damaged during production, Photography ikingvisual will not refund, replace or exchange prints.
Photography ikingvisual strives to provide you with high-quality FINE ART prints and service. Ben Iking believes a happy customer is a loyal customer, who will always return and recommend his prints. Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure no damage or fingerprints. All sales made through the ikingvisual.com website are final. Photography ikingvisual is unable to refund, replace or credit you except in the case of faulty prints due to fabrication mistakes.
Faulty Prints & Damages
Ben Iking will happily arrange a replacement, exchange or refund for prints that are supplied in a faulty condition due to fabrication mistakes. Prints damaged during transit won’t be replaced or exchanged. However, our shipping partners provide an up to 100$AUD cover for lost or damaged items during transit. You have 2 business days to report any fabrication mistakes, which requires a digital photograph of the faulty product sent via email along with your purchase order number, or loss or damage during shipping. Ben Iking reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect products if the above procedure is not done within 2 business days after the order is received.
